About the Role

This position will support our Accounts Payable team by ensuring new and existing contractors comply with licencing, insurance and workplace health and safety documentation requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing the addition of new contractors / suppliers to our accounts system
  • Managing the workplace health and safety packs (incl. issuance and return of pack) for contractors and suppliers
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors and Supervisors
  • Follow up of insurance and licencing renewals

Skills & Experience

  • An accounts/administration professional with a minimum of 2 years’ accounts experience in a medium to high volume processing environment
  • Attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Time management focus with the ability to prioritise and meet all deadlines and KPI’s
  • Strong Excel skills (knowledge of the vlookup function will be highly regarded)
  • Experience managing WHS packs (highly regarded)
  • Consistently maintains a high standard of work
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
