About the Opportunity
WesTrac are seeking an energetic and passionate individual to become a part of the Administrative team in our Tamworth Branch. In this role, you will be responsible for opening work orders, provide assistance and personnel support, invoicing as well as providing a range of general branch administration duties and operation of a proficient and well-structured team.
Key Responsibilities
- Highly developed administrative skills with a minimum of 2 years previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
- Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office and relevant internet based applications
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills with the ability manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
Desirable
- Experience in a customer service role
- Previous experience in a reception role and managing a switchboard
- Previous experience ensuring quality assurance and audit control
- Previous exposure to WesTrac systems

- Proven experience in a similar role
- Business Administration IV qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail
- A demonstrated commitment to safety and the environment
