Client Details

My client are an ASX listed mining organisation based in West Perth. This role will provide sole support to a great Executive team who will value and appreciate your support. They foster a supportive and collaborative working culture.

Description

As sole support to the organisation your duties will involve:

  • Executive support and diary management for Executives
  • Planning and organising all events
  • Co-ordination of meetings, board packs, agendas and minutes
  • Organising extensive travel arrangements
  • Updating and maintaining the company website
  • Reception duties and providing ad-hoc administrative duties including filing, scanning and mail management
  • Formatting of company documents and templates
  • Reconciliation of petty cash
  • Facilities management of the office including all supplier contracts
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, binding, filing, mailing and booking couriers
  • Processing of expenses- foreign currency travel expenses & credit cards
  • Management of staff time sheets & monthly payroll entitlements
  • Data entry for the accounts team

Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 4 years experience in an administration role. If you have experience within an ASX listed mining business it would be highly regarded. You will be a team player who is adaptable to different personalities and styles, down to earth and professional.
Essential to this role will be excellent MS office and IT skills, experience with website management would be beneficial.
