We are a wholesaling business located in Carrum Downs, Melbourne. We are seeking an administration assistant to join our team.
This is a Full time position, usual hours would be between 9.00am-5.00pm Mon-Fri.
We are looking for someone to answer phones, you would generally be the first point of contact for customers. We would prefer someone with experience in this role.
The key responsibilities currently are:
- Answer phone calls and dealing with phone queries
- General customer enquiries (phone & email)
- Liasing with specific contractors
We are keen to hire someone who is looking to grow in the role, some experience in the window furnishing industry would be preferrable.
The successful applicant must be comfortable working with computers and have a good telephone/customer manner.
