The Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a real interest in getting involved in Suncorp’s strategy whilst providing high level support to the EGM of Insurance Technology. Key responsibilities include:
- Management of the EGMs diary
- Email management
- Travel arrangements both domestic and occasional international
- Coordinating meetings, catering, facilities.
- Expense reconciliation
- Raising of purchase orders and payment of invoices through the purchasing system and accounts payable.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder requests
- Prepare presentations, reports and ad hoc administrative duties.
The Requirements
- Previous PA / EA experience within a busy corporate environment
- Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Office
- Strong commercial acumen
- Effective Stakeholder Management
- Excellent oral and written communication
