Harry Hartog/Berkelouw Books Head Office is seeking a full-time experienced office Administration Manager who is interested in developing a long term career with us.
This role will be responsible for managing the administration of our Head Office
The successful applicant will have the following skills and qualities:
* High level of organization and attention to detail
* High level of communication skills
* Problem solving skills and practical common sense
* Ability to work extra hours when necessary
* Contribute to a culture of support, action, diligence and honesty
* Always even handed and reliable
* Report to and take direction from the Business Manager
* Be highly computer literate with knowledge of hardware, networks and MS Office applications
* Experience in managing accounts, technology and utilities
* Experience in analysing reports and data entry
* Have the capacity to manage multiple work streams and prioritize jobs.
