About the role

The Administration Officer provides support to our Home Care Package team on a range of administrative activities that enables information flow, records management and play a key role in liaising with staff, customers and their families to ensure our services are exceptional and underpin Calvary Community Care services that support an ideal experience for our customers.

 

The Administration Officer is responsible for answering incoming calls from clients and employees promptly and courteously, providing clear and accurate information as well as processing invoices,  running reports and distribution and updating client and employee databases.

 

What you bring  

  • Digital literacy skills, in particular excel, emails and word processing with the ability to learn new systems;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation;
  • Exceptional communications skills and ability to cope with multiple demands of phones, emails and schedules;
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;
  • Understanding of the need for privacy and confidentiality of personal data and sensitive information.
