Your new role
This role is to support 2 executives and their teams across a wide range of administrative, project management, and team capacities.
● Support on-boarding teams
● Calendar management and internal and external meeting coordination
● Assist with preparation of presentation materials, briefs and reports.
● Prep meeting materials, agendas and take meeting notes
● Assist with booking travel and managing expenses
● Manage the logistics for complex off-site locations, market visits, and training
● Liaise with other teams within the company and external parties to ensure efficient workflow and handling of internal requests
● Ensure timely communications and handling confidential information
