The company
Well-established Construction Business is in urgent need of an experienced HR Administrator to join their office based in Silverwater on a part time temp basis with a view to perm to start immediately
The Role
- Assisting with day to day business HR needs
- Manage and prepare legal documents and contracts
- Provide administrative support to the HR team
- Arrange recruitment, selection and talent management
- Manage database of existing employees
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
- Deal with WHS matters including return to work procedures
- Ensure all staff adhere to workplace policies and procedures
The Candidate
- Able to work autonomously to meet deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Intermediate MS word and excel skills
- Robust organisation skills and time management
- Ability to interact and manage staff members on various levels
