We are 100 percent focused on customer satisfaction and are continually striving for excellence. We are looking to appoint a Customer Service Assistant to our small team, requiring you to effectively liaise with the businesses internal and external customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Custom service - provide front counter, telephone and email service to customers
- Quotations - written quotations required
- Sales - counter and telephone sales across multiple product ranges
- Process sales orders and other general data entry tasks
- Maintaining and updating customer information and databases for marketing purposes
- Social Media - Facebook posts and Instagram
- Scheduling Installations and customer follow ups after installation
- General office and warehouse duties where required
- Assisting in receipting and despatching of goods
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Friendly/approachable
- Previous Experience in office environment with a customer service focus
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritise tasks
- Highly developed verbal, telephone and written communication skills
- Can-do-attitude
- Neat presentation
ADVANTAGEOUS
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Experience within the building industry or an allied trade
- Understanding of OH & S and Safe work practices
- Able to adapt to change easily
