AES Equipment Solutions is a wholly owned subsidiary of NRW Holding Ltd, specialising in the servicing and refurbishing of heavy earth moving equipment and custom manufacturing of water trucks and service modules for the resources and construction industries. Our facility in Hazelmere, Perth, is one of the largest undercover workshops in Western Australia and is equipped with the latest technology. All work is carried out by highly experienced, qualified technicians, on and off site, ensuring first class work to meet the most exacting client specifications.
AES are now seeking an experienced Project Administration Support Officer to join their team in the Hazelmere office on a full time basis.
As a Project Administration Support Officer you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that all repair work is properly invoiced in accordance to the work scope, quote, and any variations
- Maintaining an ongoing assessment of work in progress (Minepoint reports) ensuring that they are in line with work scope estimates and reporting on any major variations
- Maintaining an ongoing review of all selling & costing rates i.e: Ensure Labour & Materials are current
- Collecting collating and distributing all work orders and variation orders at completion of works
- Performing ad hoc analysis on jobs (Finished and/or In Progress) to ensure they are being performed within the relevant percentage margin guidelines set by Management and provide reports eg: Group job performance
- Reviewing and maintaining ongoing analysis of internal indirect hours (not on jobs) worked and develop a process/procedure for reporting current costs and man-hours for maintenance work and analysis of productive and unproductive hours worked
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in job costing & invoicing preferably within the mining services industry
- Superior skills in accuracy and attention to detail with financial data
- Good business and financial acumen
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems & Excel
- Ability to foster good working relationships with internal & external customers & stakeholders
- Computer literate (MS office suite)
