So where does your new role fit into our team?

 

You will be a part of the onsite JLL Facilities team based in Sydney’s CBD. You will be working closely with our client and JLL to provide a corporate front of house service.

 

Here is a snapshot of some of the day-to-day duties required;

 

  • Maintain the Service Centre (mailroom);
    • Ensure faxes, incoming and outgoing post and couriers are processed in a timely manner
    • Conduct mail runs as per schedule;
    • Order business cards and printed matter
    • Maintain stationary levels
  • Undertake manual handling activities as appropriate in delivering the services
  • Assist with the end-to-end move process for all office moves and new employees according to clients’ requirements, including the physical move
  • Relief Reception
  • Back-up records

You’ll be a whizz at coordination and planning ahead and bring your strong ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL. You will be willing to learn, and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities. You will be well presented & well spoken, and easily build good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.

 

You will be experienced in administration and be able to work independently while seeing where your role fits within the larger business. With a proven ability to manage complex operational matters on a daily basis you will be able to prioritise and manage the completion of projects in an efficient and timely manner.
