Administration Assistant
Intelligent Traffic Systems is a Brisbane based technology division of Artcraft Pty Ltd, a well-established market leading manufacturer of quality road and traffic management products with a national footprint.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administration Assistant to join our growing team. The full-time position reports to the Administration Manager and includes quote & order entry, invoicing, document control, minor contracts administration and general office & reception duties.
To be successful in this role, you will be:
- Computer literate with intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experienced in accounts and sales administration applications;
- Experienced in quotation, order entry and invoicing;
- Proficient in general office administration duties;
- Highly motivated, energetic and professional with a strong work ethic;
- Able to prioritise and meet deadlines under pressure;
- Highly attentive to detail with strong time management skills;
- Able to demonstrate confidentiality;
- Able to work unsupervised;
