Diverse EA / Project officer role immediately available with State Government organisation in Ballarat.
Your new company
This centrally located Government Department in Ballarat requires an experienced Executive Assistant / Project Officer to provide project and executive support on a temporary basis. This is a role with full time hours and some travel, so full flexibility is required.
Your new role
You will provide high level executive support to the Executive Director and team including but not limited to diary management, meeting coordination, management of correspondence, briefing notes, and providing quality assurance on documentation prepared on behalf of the Executive Director. You will assist in project planning, monitoring, reporting and identifying risks.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous high level executive support experience and impeccable communication and writing skills. Ideally, you will have previously worked for a State Government organisation with experience in policy and research. You will have demonstrated experience in project management and have exceptional organisational skills.
What you'll get in return
This is temporary role for approximately 4 months, with the potential to become permanent.
