Due to growth within our existing client base and staff promotions, we currently have an opportunity in our market leading Audit division for an experienced Senior Manager

This resource will be responsible for providing a high level of PA support to 3 partners and 1 director, as well as working within the broader Admin Support team on ad-hoc projects.  The candidate should be professional, flexible and have a strong teamwork ethic.

Your new role will consist of:

Key PA tasks:

  • Smooth day to day administration for 3 partners and 1 director to reduce their administrative load including managing diary conflicts, blocking time in busy periods, daily management of incoming calls and messages, assessing priorities and anticipating conflicts, management of emails where required.
  • Room bookings & set up including technology trouble-shooting, checking meeting attendance, Skype details, VC confirmations, printing / distributing meeting papers as necessary
  • Managing agenda items for group meetings, compiling suggested agendas, collating presentations
  • On time preparation of documents to KPMG standards, efficient (electronic) filing
  • Weekly admin meetings with partners to assess priorities, resolve diary conflicts, manage any upcoming meeting requests, travel requirements or general administration requests
  • Processing timesheets and expenses each week as required and ensuring financial reporting deadlines are adhered to
  • Processing travel bookings and ensuring calendars have extensive information included for all travel

Admin Support team tasks:

  • Publications: Responsibility for quality & integrity of KPMG brand through proof reading / branding of publications and presentations; timely submission of work to editor for review
  • Reporting News (weekly client publication): Monitoring email responses and timely management / cleansing of Client Management System
  • Technology: Be the ‘go to’ person for new technology or processes
  • Assist wider DPP team with ad-hoc projects and queries and ensure the efficient day to day running of the office, be flexible wherever possible
  • Contribute to the successful on-boarding of new PA’s and staff
  • Support other PA’s with their partners and tasks during busy periods and periods of absence/leave
  • Organise and set up DPP morning tea events; arrange farewells, card signing, gift cards as appropriate

 PPC support tasks:

  • Work alongside the group’s People, Performance & Culture (PPC) Partner in managing our people processes: monitor staff changes, keep accurate records, update staff contact listings
  • Work with PPC and global mobility team for any staff movements, contract changes etc. and process and follow up online forms to ensure changes actioned

  • Technologically highly competent (VC, phone systems etc)
  • Innovative – able to suggest and implement processes to improve
  • Commitment to knowledge sharing, and curiosity to further develop own knowledge and skills
  • Ability to build networks
  • Publishing tools experience e.g Dreamweaver
  • Excellent computer skills; Word, Excel, Powerpoint
