The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join the Training Department at our Sherwood branch. Reporting to the Training Manager, the purpose of the role is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Branch which entails reception & phone enquiries; customer service support; general secretarial and clerical duties associated with training. Key responsibilities include:
- Completing invoicing daily
- Organise travel for all nominated participants
- Carry out daily mail (internal and external) deliveries to and from Wacol and Sherwood Branch.
- Ordering of site consumables, PPE, catering, uniforms, office supplies & merchandise
- Processing and distributing certificates of attendance
- Scheduling and collation of student requirements including entering all student details into AX.
- Coordinate the day to day internal training inputs and outputs of Axcelerate & Cloud Assess to manage internal training requirements
- Oversee the handling of incoming calls and client enquiries including coordination on the day of students attending the training centre
- Collating and reporting client feedback to the Training Manager
- Prepare and set up training rooms with all equipment prior to course commencement date
- Other administration duties as directed by the Training Manager
- Be a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised.
- Computer literate with competency in the Microsoft Office programs with sound data entry skills.
- Must have highly effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with management, staff and customers.
- Hold a current driver's license.
- Had previous experience in a similar position
- Ability to analyse data and provide recommendations
- Sound knowledge of financial processes and associated record keeping
- Knowledge of Axcelerate and Cloud assess and other training reporting requirements (advantageous)
