The Mental Health Team at the ACT’s Primary Health Network (Capital Health Network), is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Mental Health Intake and Administration Assistant.
Located at the ACT PHN Deakin Office, the Intake and Administration Support position is the first point of phone contact for stakeholders making referral to the ACT PHN Mental Health Programs as well as undertaking a variety of administrative tasks to support the work of the mental health program area.
This position of Intake and Program Support would suit someone who has appropriate qualifications and/or experience in working with both service providers and community members. Previous experience working in Mental Health or experience working with client information management systems would be well considered. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a challenging health environment are essential. The successful candidate will benefit from flexible work arrangements, ongoing training and professional development opportunities, and support from a multidisciplinary team.
