Duties include but are not limited to:

• Processing and managing enrolment lifecycle including pre-enrolments, enrolments, evidence collection and monitoring submission dates
• Issuing invoices and managing reconciliations remittances, quotes and payments via Xero
• Manage RPL evidence and submissions including auditing & compilation kits
• Tracking and managing Mapping
• RPL submission including auditing & compilation kits
• USI Management
• Generate and distribute reports for CIT, CEO and assessors
• Update processes, policies & procedures as necessary
• Manage and keep up to date all student information emailed to various inboxes
• Track FTO students to ensure they are completing training in a timely manner
• Manage AVETMISS monthly reporting
• Assist with auditing (PQS & ASQA) and verifying internal & external documents and files associates with RTO’s to ensure compliance

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate the following:

• At least 2 years in a similar role within an RTO
• Advanced level Word and Excel skills
• Ability to commence 24th July 2018
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to build rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
• Good organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage your time ensuring tasks are completed in the required timeframes
