Our clients are among Australia’s most recognisable and respected retail consumer brands. We are seeking highly motivated, well-spoken individuals to represent our clients as a corporate receptionist.

Ideally situated in the heart of Melbourne CBD, you will be working within corporate busy office environments and perform varied work that is rewarded with an attractive and competitive hourly rate.

As the first point of contact for the business you will need to present yourself in a visibly polished manner suitable for the corporate office environment. A proactive and supportive personality is essential as you will be working with various teams and individuals to ensure that clients, guests and stakeholders experience a positive and seamless service experience.

You are an enthusiastic and articulate communicator responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Managing switchboard
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Organising AV equipment and conference call meetings
  • General administration support
  • File management and data entry
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties
