Summary of Job Description
We require a Customer Service Representative who has an energetic attitude & the ability to prioritise. The successful candidate will join the Customer Service team where they will be required to enter incoming sales orders, liaise with customers & drivers at the front desk, answer incoming phones queries & occasionally assist in finalising sales invoices.
Applicant must have the following skills to perform tasks listed in the job description
- Keen eye for detail
- Good communication & problem solving skills
- Telephone Savvy
- Some Data Entry experience
- Ability to prioritise & perform tasks in a timely manner
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Some MYOB experience necessary, however the business currently operates using MYOB EXO
- Email (we use outlook)
- Touch Typist preferred
Working Hours and Conditions
- Permanent role
- 8 hours per day, 5 days per week = 40hrs. Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5:30pm. Friday 8am to 4:30pm (occasional overtime available)
- Rate of pay: $25 per hour
- Breaks: one unpaid half an hour break over lunch time
- BBQ lunch is provided daily
