ecash has an established reputation in payment systems(cash/card/ticket) and currency validation solutions for a wide range of applications and industries.   We are an international company with our products sold throughout Australia, Asia, Europe, North America, South America and South Africa.  The corporate head office is located at North Ryde.

We are currently looking for a well presented and motivated Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team and manage the front desk while assisting with administrative functions of the business.  This is a very dynamic role that will cover many aspects of the business.

North Ryde location, walking distance to bus and train stations. Close to Macquarie Shopping Centre.

 

 

Your role will include but is not limited to:

  • General reception duties
  • Greet clients and visitors to the office
  • Manage the phone system and direct calls as required
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing post
  • Organise boardrooms including ordering/catering, set-up before and tidy-up after meetings, ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are neat and tidy
  • Travel and accommodation bookings for staff as required
  • Event coordination for industry trade shows including booking freight, booking catering and sending client invitations
  • Booking staff functions
  • Ordering kitchen and office supplies
  • Organise couriers as required
  • Assisting Senior Management
  • Some of these duties are typing, scanning, filing and invoicing 
  • General administrative and support duties to assist the team in general
  • Assist in other duties as required

 

Skills and experience

To  be successful in this role you will be or have the following:-

  • Previous experience in an all round reception role – 2-3 years
  • Dynamic Personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
  • MS Office experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks is an advantage
  • Current Driver's license
