We are currently looking for a motivated, talented, professional Administrator Assistant to help with site administration and document controlling across all projects.
About the Role
As the successful candidate you will need to be highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards. You will be responsible for the following but not limited to:
Assisting Site Administrator/ Document Controller with:
- Set up project files on project start-up, administer files during project execution, and archive on project close-out
- Maintain accurate project records in accordance with project and organisational requirements as directed
- Respond to routine correspondence from suppliers/subcontractors as directed
- Interact with clients, suppliers and contractors within the scope of the position.
- General printing, binding and photcopying as directed
- General administration as directed by the SHEQ Coordinator
- General printing, binding and photcopying as directed
- Assist in maintaining documents register for the project as directed
- Assist in archiving as directed by the document controller
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will require:
- Minimum 12 months experience in an Administration role
- Time management skills with ability to multi task
- Professional and effective interpersonal skills
- Eager with the willingness to learn
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
