Key responsibilities:
- Generate detailed reports on key business metrics and make recommendations based on an analysis of the data, to assist the management team in making informed decisions;
- Undertake periodic reviews of our asset management processes to support continuous improvement and assist with the development and implementation of revised processes and procedures to align with company policies;
- Perform general fleet administration functions including, vendor applications, support of capital purchases, licencing, maintenance of registers;
- Undertake project work as required.
- Ideally, you will have a background in transport and logistics or fleet and asset maintenance or experience in a similar role;
- You will have demonstrated experience with generating detailed reports and high level data analysis capability;
- Previous experience reviewing and drafting processes and procedures;
- The successful candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, be able to multitask and work to deadlines.
- You will require highly developed written and verbal communication skills in order to build effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
In addition, all short-listed candidates must be willing to undertake a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen and provide a copy of a recent police clearance.
