Our client is an established solution provider for the fashion industry. They are seeking candidates for the position of Operation Manager for their unique startup business Sydney. This role will suit for a self-motivated individual who has excellent organizational skills and strong communication skill. Experience in the fashion industry, recruiting business or language schools is required.


The key responsibilities and duties:

• Identify potential clients and build strong relation with them for both staffing services and sales agent services business

• Support job seekers to find and engage with employment opportunities

• Plan, promote and conduct seminars and events for job seekers

• Build strong relationship with language schools and study abroad agents

• Manage operations of sales agent services business

• Manage budget and report to the head office in Japan

• Other various office management tasks


In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

• Previous experience in the fashion industry, recruiting business or language schools

• Strong building relationship skills and organisational skills

• Attention to detail

• Excellent communication in both English and Japanese

• Proficiency with MS Office
