We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator who can confidently and professionally contact clients, schedule jobs, respond to emails and perform other office responsibilities. You will be required to liaise with client online portals and maintain status updates on current and pre-existing jobs. We require someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, detail orientated and who has the ability to multitask during peak periods.
Job Tasks
- Answer phone calls and schedule jobs
- Liaise with clients
- Process and schedule work orders and purchase orders
- Review and coordinate jobs to relevant technicians
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and friendly manner
- Able to work autonomously and take instructions from director
- Problem solve with the ability to multitask
- Capacity to learn new programs efficiently (Simpro)
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
