Expanding residential construction organisation near the South West of Sdyney are currently looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Administrator. Working closely with the Pre-Construction Manager.

Your role will be to lead there residential clients through the process of their new home build, post deposit, ensuring an exceptional client experience through all pre-contractual requirements.
To oversee post-deposit aspects of the sales process through to commencement of construction on site.
Knowledge and experience in a Construction related field would be advantageous.

This is an Administration role that requires a sound knowledge of Outlook and Excel. Experience working within a CRM would be highly regarded
The ability and confidence to liaise with local governments, consultants, trades, statutory bodies and clients is vital to this role.
