An exciting opportunity has become available for a full time career receptionist who is committed to providing a ‘five star’ reception experience for all clients and visitors.
The role will entail:
As the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors we are relying on you to provide visitors with a positive lasting impression. Aside from making visitors feel welcomed and important, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a busy meeting room diary and ensuring that the boardroom and meeting rooms are set up and ready at all times
- Taking ownership of the reception area, premises and office consumables and making sure everything is tidy, fully stocked and ready for use
- Data entry and a range of overflow typing, filing and administrative duties work
The successful applicant will have the following attributes:
- Previous reception experience in a corporate environment
- Confident, bright and bubbly personality with a high level of maturity
- Well presented, polished and professional
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Microsoft Office Intermediate Skills
