Located near the Homebush / Lidcombe area is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Admin Assistant to secure immediate work, ongoing with the potential for perm.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Safety Manager some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Assisting with day to day admin duties
- Updating safety registers for the business Nationally
- Managing incoming emails for the department
- Assisting with online filing
- Collating data and ensuring that all information is updated accurately
- Assisting with any ad-hoc duties as requested
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this opportunity the ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar admin support role – you feel comfortable updating information, saving files and collating data
- Strong administration skills – you have great accuracy and attention to detail
- Availability to start ASAP
- Knowledge of WHS a bonus but not essential
