ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Customer Solutions Group is seeking a confident and collaborative individual to take on the position of Service Planner / Administrator. In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for driving successful on-time completion of service agreements across Victoria and Tasmania through systems administration management and effective communication.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Data entry and systems maintenance of agreements
- Act as the central point of contact and systems process expert for all service agreement scheduling enquiries
- Liaise with branch and customer personnel to ensure effective scheduling across the business
- Support the opening and closing of service agreement work orders as required
- Provide analysis on performance of service agreements completed on time
- Invoice periodic payment service agreements
- Ensuring system data accuracy and integrity
- Administrative support

Ideally you will have qualifications or proven experience in the following areas:
- Strong computer literacy
- Office Administration
- Data Entry
- Experience in a service oriented business
- Commercially astute with ability to identify customer needs and respond accordingly.
- Mechanical aptitude would be an advantage
