Our dedicated team is currently seeking an Administration/Accounts/Office Support Officer to join the team on an ongoing, to a permanent basis.
We offer new and used of any large manufacturing's products offering large variety of elevated platforms for hire such as Scissor lifts, Boom lifts and more . We also offer training in our facilities or onsite at locations convenient.
This is a great opportunity for those interested in building their skills Administration
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Data Entry and basic administrative duties - emailing, scanning, printing , filing & basic database management
- MYOB
- General Office support and phone duties – assisting payroll, answering calls, taking messages etc.
- Face to face, meeting & greeting customers, applicants and clients
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- The skills and ability to work with a diverse range of people, providing support wherever it is needed.
- Profound communication skills and a professional work ethic
- Previous customer service and administration experience (an advantage)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to priorities and multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of programs.
