THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to company growth, we are seeking a Customer Relationship Coordinator (CRC for short!) at our Traralgon office on a full-time, permanent basis. As a CRC, your primary focus is to manage a portfolio of clients and guide them through the process of building their dream home. This can involve tasks such as:

  • Communicate with all clients on a weekly basis to provide regular updates
  • Manage pre-contract administration
  • Coordinate and book meetings with clients
  • Ensure that all client files are updated with appropriate notes/information
  • Liaise with banks/mortgage lenders re client finance approvals
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of Simonds product and relevant promotions
  • Communicate and liaise with other departments around file progress as required

This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with an administration and customer service background who is looking to further their career within the construction industry, and/or gain further experience within customer service, project management, or administration. But really, the sky's the limit!

WHO YOU ARE

  • Strong administration skills (within residential building or real estate would be advantageous but not essential)
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person, by email and phone to a diverse range of customers
  • Proven experience juggling a large number of conflicting priorities/tasks at all different levels of completion
  • Fantastic rapport building
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
  • High attention to detail
  • A 'no task is too big or too small' attitude towards work
  • Flexibility to travel to other offices within the region for training or meetings, as required
