SA Electronics Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist / Office Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday.

Reporting to the Office Administrator, duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Reception –  answer incoming calls
  • Receiving incoming goods / arranging couriers
  • Liaise and distribution of jobs to technical staff
  • MYOB accounts receivable
  • XERO accounts receivable
  • General data entry and office filing

To be considered for this role you would need to have the following experience and skills:         

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (MYOB, XERO and Microsoft Office suite including Outlook)
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time-management skills

Please note - applicants must have current MYOB experience to be considered for this position.
