SA Electronics Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Receptionist / Office Administration Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the Office Administrator, duties will include but are not limited to:
- Reception – answer incoming calls
- Receiving incoming goods / arranging couriers
- Liaise and distribution of jobs to technical staff
- MYOB accounts receivable
- XERO accounts receivable
- General data entry and office filing
To be considered for this role you would need to have the following experience and skills:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills (MYOB, XERO and Microsoft Office suite including Outlook)
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time-management skills
Please note - applicants must have current MYOB experience to be considered for this position.
