About the Role

This position will assist the State Building Manager with administration duties.  

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure the State Building Manager's calendar is up to date.
  • Manage the State Building Manager's appointments and arrange meetings.
  • Arrange and coordinate interviews.
  • Responsible for the State Building Manager's travel and accommodation.
  • Update and monitor building reports.
  • All other administration duties directed by the State Building Manager.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 2 years' experience in a PA/EA related position.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business.
  • Admin skills. 
  • Quick learner.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great phone manner.
  • Excellent and experienced in diary management.
  • Can efficiently book appointments. 
  • High attention to details.
  • High level problem solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Must be experience in outlook and the use of outlook to suit a paperless office (i.e No written diary).
  • Advance Microsoft Office Skills.
  • Experience in Construction industry preferred but not essential.
