About the role
Their expanding professional services team is currently on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dynamic Service Desk Dispatcher.
 
In this role, You will be responsible for the day to day scheduling of engineers, job management and invoicing of Services.
 
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, your role is an integral part of service delivery to their clients.
 
Skills & experience

• Experience scheduling a high volume of jobs to a team of technicians or tradies.
• Experience utilising scheduling software – Connectwise (training will be provided).
• Experience with Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
• Exceptional communication and relationship building skills - to gain positive and efficient outcomes with IT Technicians and Customers.
• Ability to prioritise & re-prioritise in a reactive work environment.
• Highly motivated, committed, customer focused.
