About the role:
As the Executive Assistant to the newly appointed Partnerships Director, you will provide high level support in delivering business outcomes while ensuring an efficient and responsive operating rhythm is best practice.
 
Along with supporting the Director with executive reports and presentations, you will proactively manage the daily administrative priority such as telephone calls, emails and meeting requests. You will use your judgement and interpersonal skills to assist the Director to prioritise matters and to ensure that the Director is fully briefed on business areas that require their attention.
 
You will proactively communicate with all business employees to create an open, transparent and accessible environment. You will be responsible for the management of the Director’s diary, travel requirement as well as managing expense claims in accordance with the organisation’s policies.
 
This is a true Executive Assistant role that will see you be involved in senior business activities, therefore this will require you to be highly efficient, organised and confidential.  

You will have the following skills:

  • Minimum 5 years Executive Assistant experience at a senior level;
  • Proven organisational and time management skills with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritise;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Writing executive level reports with the ability to interpret financial data;
  • Enthusiastic self-starter with excellent ability to multitask and to work on many tasks;
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across the organisation’s senior staff;
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and office management software (travel, expenses etc); and
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of the broader Executive Assistant team.
