This Queensland State Government Department is currently looking for someone to work within their team. You will be involved in the recruitment process along with overseeing the team, support, manage and coordinate activities of the team.
About the Role
In the role of Temporary Program Administration Lead you will lead and oversee the team providing Program Support Services to the Program Director and Program Leads to support the day-to-day operations of the Program. You will manage and coordinate the activities of the team to meet the Program’s priorities.
About You
- Lead and supervise the team providing Program Support Services
- Establish, implement and maintain administrative protocols, systems and practices to optimise productivity and cost effectiveness in support of program service delivery outcomes and the requirements of stakeholders
- Be the point of contact for management, senior executives from public and private organisations, suppliers and Program team
