Team Coordinator
RPM Real Estate Group are seeking an energetic and highly-organised Team Coordinator to join our growing Communities Division.
RPM's Communities Division is the market leader in sales and marketing of master-planned land estates.
Located in South Melbourne, this role is full time working 5 days per week. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced office environment. RPM real estate group thrives on team culture which ensures productivity is maximised and job satisfaction is achieved.
Thorough onsite training will be provided for all aspects of the role
About the role
The Team Coordinator reports to the Sales Manager and provides marketing and administration support to the sales team as well as external stakeholders. The estate coordinator is responsible for:
- Scheduling, documentation preparation and minute taking of developer meetings
- Liaising with external creative agencies to produce marketing collateral
- Manage media and online advertising
- Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
- Have a thorough understanding of RPM policies and procedures in order to implement across their projects
- CRM Database management, maintenance and communication
About you
To be successful, you will have experience in a similar administrative role. Experience in Property & Land development is preferred, although not mandatory. Additionally you must have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organised and Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to manage and prioritise diverse workload.
- Excel in a fast paced working environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Be a team player
- Immaculately presented
- Proactive and able to show initiative
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Fast learner and able to think on your feet
