Appreciating Office Support works with some on Sydney’s top tier clients based in the CBD, North Sydney and surrounding areas covering all Office Support vacancies.

We work across a range of industries including Banking and Finance, Construction and Property, Media and Advertising, Professional services, FMCG, and Healthcare

We are therefore on the look out for exceptional Corporate Receptionist/Office Administrators on a temp and perm base.
  
As an experienced Corporate Receptionist/Administrator, you will be responsible for greeting, welcoming and directing visitors, answering incoming phone inquiries on a busy switchboard, maintaining security and telecommunications systems, co-coordinating meeting room bookings and provide general administrative support across the organisation.

This role will suit somebody who is self motivated and proactive with a 'can do' attitude. You must be well presented with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. You will have had some experience across Professional Services or 5 star Hospitality.
  
Successful applicants will possess:
  • Previous Corporate Reception/Administration experience is a must for this role
  • Available immediately
  • Excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • A bright and enthusiastic attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
