We are currently recruiting for a boutique organisation based in the heart of the CBD within the financial services industry. They are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join their ever-growing business. You will be providing all administrative support for the Director and their team based out of their Sydney Office.

The Role:
  • Diary management
  • Assisting the team with administrative duties including billing and reporting
  • All travel management both domestic and international
  • Liaising with clients and building a strong rapport
  • Providing technical support to the team where necessary
  • Invoicing and expenses management
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years working in a similar role within financial services / accountancy
  • Strong organisation skills and time management
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Organised and strong planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
To be successful in this role you must be able to multi-task and prioritise tasks accordingly which will enable you to effectively support the needs of the team. You must be pro-active and have a “can-do” approach to your work.
