The company
Our client is an independent national personal injury plaintiff law firm. The firm has a long-standing history of winning many industry awards around their high-performing legal teams in Australia.
The role
Reporting directly to the Brisbane-based CEO, you will drive daily operations and create positive outcomes for the work behind the scenes.
Key duties
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Manage and audit current supplier agreements (e.g. IT, phone, printers, etc.);
- Drive implementation of new IT systems (e.g. OneDrive & Practice Evolve);
- Manage legal service letters and agreements for Unions as required;
- Create and maintain daily operation procedures; and
- Monitor and maintain billing cycle procedures.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in a similar operations leader role;
- Preferred experience in a law firm however, not essential;
- Proven experience managing multiple office projects in career; and
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
