Our client is a leading Media organisation. Due to an internal res-structure, a truly unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA to join their large in-house legal team supporting the General Counsel. This opportunity is suited to an individual with strong technical skills & a passion for driving process improvement.
Description
Reporting into the General Counsel, key duties & responsibilities will include:
- Complex diary management;
- Triaging a high volume of emails to ensure all queries are responded to in a timely & effective manner;
- Manage all incoming & outgoing communication to the Legal team;
- Prepare correspondence including documents, reports & presentations;
- Develop & implement standard operating procedures;
- Provide leadership & guidance to a team of Legal Secretaries; and
- Ad hoc support of the wider office to ensure the effective operation of the Legal team.
Profile
The ideal applicant will have a demonstrated track record of supporting & effectively managing senior stakeholders in an Executive Assistant role for at least 5 years, ideally within a Legal environment. You will possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and will pride yourself on maintaining meticulous attention to detail. Given the complex and ever-changing nature of the environment, you will be able to prioritise effectively between numerous tasks. In driving process improvement, you will be highly technically literate and will be enthused by the opportunity to drive best practice processes. Finally, supporting a business-critical team, you will demonstrate confidentiality, professionalism and approachability. This is a full time position.
