We are currently looking for someone with has good attention to detail, and is able to draw accurate conclusions from the findings to join a supportive team as a research officer. In this role you will be communicating with employers and gathering information that will be used in a number of Government reports and publications.

About the role:
The purpose of this role is to help the department under
- Identifying employers who have recently advertised a job vacancy
- Conducting telephone-based interviews
- Gathering information on recruitment experience
- Recording the research findings
- Analysis results and drawing conclusions
About you:
You as the successful candidate will have good attention to detail
- Experience conducting telephone surveys desirable
- Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Tertiary qualifications in social science, economics or research methods desirable but not necessary
