Based in our Sydney office, this role is a hybrid one that requires you to proactively support multiple team members whilst being highly flexible with an ability to multi-task on a daily basis. Variety in both your daily tasks and routine is something you will thrive on.
The role covers the following areas of responsibility:
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service to all external and internal stakeholders in a friendly and positive manner;
- Support a team of Consultants nationally to ensure all contractor administration and compliance related activities have been met
- Ensure the smooth operation of the general office, including managing meeting rooms, stationary, building management, kitchen and daily activities
About You
Working as part of the wider national Operations team and as integral member of The Next Group team, you will work closely with most members of the business. You will be someone who is proactive, resourceful and persistent; has exceptional organisational skills; prioritises attention to detail; has well-developed verbal and written communication skills whilst being comfortable liaising at all levels; has a strong customer service focus; and works well under pressure. Experience working with database systems and the standard Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
