ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, well-presented Concierge to support our Reception and Showrooms in one of our prestige car dealerships.
· Answering and directing incoming calls
· Greeting customers and offering refreshments
· Ensuring the reception and showroom areas are kept clean presentable
· Assisting with general administration when required
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
· Moderate-experienced level computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
· Energetic, dynamic, "can-do" and cooperative personality
· The ability to be professional and discreet
· A high level of personal professional presentation
· The ability to work independently and with flexibility
· Superior communication skills
· Fluent English skills - written and verbal
DESIRABLE SKILLS
· Previous Dealership experience highly regarded
