ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, well presented full-time Receptionist to support our Reception and Showrooms in one of our prestige car dealerships.
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting customers and offering refreshments
- Ensuring the reception and showroom areas are kept clean presentable
- Assisting with general administration when required
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar receptionist / front line role - automotive experience in a prestige dealership will be highly regarded.
- Moderate-experienced level computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Energetic, dynamic, "can-do" and cooperative personality
- The ability to be professional and discreet
- A high level of personal professional presentation
- The ability to work independently and with flexibility
- Superior communication skills
- Fluent English skills - written and verbal
DESIRABLE SKILLS
- Previous Dealership experience highly regarded
