We are now seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team in our Penrith office.

This Customer Service Officer (CSO) is a key role as it is the public face for our office, in person and through other communications (including telephone and email enquiries) the CSO will provide job seekers with basic information about the services available through WISE Employment. The CSO also provides a range of administration functions and support to the Business Manager.

The keys to your success are;

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi task and prioritise to meet time lines
The ability to work independently as well as within a busy team environment.
Advanced computer and administrative skills
Be self motivated and demonstrate use of initiative
An insight into the issues/challenges facing jobseekers

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong experience in a customer contact, reception or administration role.
