Klau Geomatics manufactures a positioning system for
drones. This provides users with cm level accuracy of
photos for aerial mapping and inspection. Enabling
drone users to achieve real commercial value in
accurate surveying and mapping.
We need an organiser! Someone who can manage the
details, control book keeping, inventory, invoicing, stock
control and purchasing, sales and shipping
- Track our products as they are built and shipped
- Monitor parts inventory and order stock as required from various suppliers
- Pay supplier invoices
- Manage expenses and receipts
- Work with Xero for book keeping to prep BAS and EOFY data for our accountant
- Watch invoices and payments and initiate builds to ship
- ship to customer, provide them with tracking info and follow up on shipping delays/problems
- recommend software for the above tasks, something that will manage this supply/sales/delivery workflow and link in with Xero for invoicing and monitoring payments
A varied and challenging job and a very key position in
the company to keep smooth product sales flow, happy
customers, free up our tech guys to develop more new
innovations, and enable the company to scale sales and
revenue.
You will be working in our office in Nowra with the Operations Coordinator on
a daily basis and our part time marketing and
sales assistant. Other staff include the
company Director, Technical Director, Electronics
Designer and UAV Pilot, who work remotely much of the
time. A great team of inspiring, helpful people.
The work would be part time to start, 20 hrs/week and most likely become a full time role very quickly.
