The Role

This role has the responsibility for the day to day delivery of services for its banking, mobile and ID customers. You will be the first point of contact for several of our customers and the prime interface to our organisation. 

You will have an end-to-end responsibility for a range of customer requirements that includes; daily operations related to card issuance, stock ordering (factory to vault), artwork management, query and complaints, small project co-ordination, forecasting and customer/management reporting.

The role is pivotal to IDEMIA and the customer and calls for a dynamic individual who can confidently manage the complexities of card supply and the daily demands of an operations environment.

  • Possess solid administration and attention to detail skills to support managing customer orders and month end billing
  • Ability to work autonomously, multitask and remain results orientated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and retain a capability to develop relationships with ease
  • Demonstrable skills in working with different people and sectors across the organisation and customer
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel
  • Effective communication skills among peers

Your Experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills, communication (written and oral) and presentation skills
  • Three years experience in a customer service role
  • Competent in managing, organising, controlling and completing assigned daily/weekly tasks to given deadlines
  • Previous experience in card or printing industry a plus.  Packaging and Logistics also a good fit
