Princess Cruises is the third largest cruise ship operator in the world and part of one of the world's largest vacation companies, Carnival Corporation (represented in the Asia Pacific region by Carnival Australia). Known as the Destination Experts, Princess Cruises visits over 350 ports globally.
An integral member of the Princess Cruises team, the Executive Assistant is responsible for providing a high level of executive administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific Commercial & Operations and the commercial directors of the Princess Cruises team, based in Australia and across Asia.
Key areas of support provided include:
- organising and prioritising the SVP's diary, email and time commitments
- coordinating internal and external meetings and events across multiple time zones, including arranging facilities and collating and distributing agendas and required reference material
- organising local and international travel for the SVP and senior managers
- managing the timeline and coordination of regular reports and presentations for the Princess Cruises team
- completing expense reports for the SVP and senior managers and coding and processing invoices
We're looking for a personable, professional and self-motivated person with recent experience supporting a senior executive and broader team within a large organisation (ideally across multiple time zones) who demonstrates:
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adjust style as appropriate
- exceptional planning and prioritisation skills
- a flexible "can do" attitude, initiative and the ability to work without day to day direction
- a high attention to detail, strong general administration skills and intermediate to advanced MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
