About the role

Join our Business Integration team as a Customer Support Analyst within a permanent full time position. You will be responsible for analysing and processing billing transactions to ensure invoice integrity for various fleet leasing & Commercial transport customers.

As part of a small team, you will also play a key role in supporting our Sales Team to deliver a high level of customer service and total quality management through data collection and reporting responsibilities.

About you

We are seeking a proactive, practical, hardworking and motivated team player who is familiar with a wide range of operational and business procedures within a Commercial environment; with some prior understanding of business accounting and transaction processing systems. 

Your strong problem solving and analytical skills, sound computer knowledge and a successful track record in providing high level customer service will add to your effectiveness and job satisfaction. 

You will also be required to develop close working relationships with customers, with demonstrated advanced verbal and written communication skills.
